Ipad 2 vs. Ipad 3

Is there much of a difference between the two? I'm going to get one when my refund hits, but trying to see if the 3 is worth the extra money.

The iPad 3 has a retina display. Stay away from the iPad mini unless you HAVE TO have a smaller tablet...it's not full HD.
