Website designers

Looking to build a website and for some recommendations on website designers to accomplish the site. It will be CMS driven, static homepage, user id registration/login with user only sections (posting ability). Will need to integrate paypal/amazon payments. It will be 5 pages with a few templates to create.

Anyways, if you guys have some leads for a designer to get a quote from, Id appreciate it.
