A buddy of mine is needing a reliably fast file host. He was using stopdaddy and was disgusted w/their speeds. He needs it to host multiple android roms. He's looking at bluehost but is open to suggestions if yall know of a better, faster host in the same price range.

Havent looked but are there any services that help promote p2p sharing for bandwidth?

He's looking for something that he can store and share access w/team members as well. I don't think p2p would be a solution.
