  • THQ Humble Bundle.

Pretty sweet deal. Pay what you want and get some fairly awesome games. I paid $6 and got the entire Company of Heroes, Metro 2033, Darksiders, and Red Faction Armageddon. You need steam to use them.

Pay what you want. Support charity. Get awesome games.

I didn't like the first Saints row, but I will try it at that price. Not a huge fan of COH either, I mainly wanted Metro 2033, Darksiders, and Red Faction.

Considering Company of Heroes is the best RTS game ever made, that's a fucking steal. I don't even care about the other games.

I have about 2000 hours in the starcraft universe that says otherwise. I will give COH another shot, but the past two times I tried to play it, I just didn't like it.

There's always someone who says starcraft is better. However, there's quite a few RTS players and publications that refer to COH as the best RTS ever made. I think Starcraft has probably the best following of probably any game there is. But I have a hard time saying it's the best RTS ever just because it's such a mainstay doesn't necessarily reflect it's quality. COH is much more dynamic and complicated than Starcraft (the original). You should definitely give it a chance, for sure. Anyone - including non-RTS gamers - will enjoy COH.

I have played it before, twice. I just never did get into it. I will give it a second shot, maybe I will like it more, plus I have an SC2 buddy that will play online with me. SC2 is fantastic IMO. There is a ton more depth in SC2 than SC1. Different units, counters, tactics, etc.

I'm sure that's true. One thing that turned me off my Starcraft is all the fantasy units and stuff. I always saw it as more of a chore to learn what all the different units were. Is this black electrical blob coming at me a transport, a weapon, a single unit, etc. COH is a little more relaxed in that regards.

Hmm well I already have most of these but even though Saints Row isn't my type of game I figured I'd give it a shot for only $6

There is a lot that goes into learning the units in the SC2 universe. Every unit has a counter of some sort and do bonus damage vs a different armor class and you have to learn all of that if you want to be good.

The black electric blob should be a dark archon, which can't do damage, but does have some wicked support spells.
