I think its only compatible with 4.0 and up right now. I was caught off guard by it since microsoft said this wouldn't be available for android until 2013, but saw something today and it works great on my nexus running jelly bean.Slow moving projects

Try finding the apk and installing it. My nexus 7 isn't compatible but it will still side load and seems to work well on it.92 Undercover SSP Coupe.
