It give me a " error code 2000 0146" when I run a diagnostic test. Googled it a little bit and came up with " bad hard drive" has anyone ever had this error code or similar problem ?

Dropped laptop, now it don't work'n stuff

Yeah, it was on when it was dropped. The laptop belongs to my old lady and she said it fell flat off the couch while it was on. She has some really important stuff on there that I'm sure she didn't backup on that damn 3TB drive I bought her......bro....
