How can I install a program without admin rights(windows7)?

I got a new laptop from work and I dont have admin rights on it. I need to install a program for work and I dont have time to go to the corporate office and get the IT guy to do it. Iv got the cd and it's a legit program. If it's too much work Ill just wait and get the IT guy to do it.

Waukesha ESP. It's like an obd2 software program but for industrial Waukesha engines. I also have stuff like conversion calculators and compressor performance run software. It's annoying to have to get an IT guy to do it. I figure maybe Ill get one IT guys number and then just ask him to install 1 program at a time for several weeks. Maybe he'll get tired of it and promote my account to admin.

I'd advise against violating company policies. I just saw a coworker lose his job after 20+ years for doing something stupid like this.
