  • Uverse question/

I did some research on Google, but i feel the router that i have to use with u verse is terrible... not even 18 to 20 ft to the bedroom i lose a bar in WiFi and sometimes drops connection.
I have a linksys router that is badass and i dont know if it is even worth it to hook it up to this uverse one and use that as my wifi?
Do any of you have uverse with that kind of set up or just run the router that is provided from them?

I've never connected wirelessly to the uverse router. I use a netgear router for WiFi.

Mainly because I already had a network setup with it. So I am lazy and didn't feel like trying to figure that out with the 2wire uverse router.

I don't even know the wifi password for the uverse router.

          Thanks,
I was scared of doing something really bad,
the password is on a label attached to the router.
