So i just moved from a BB to an S III. On my BB if i deleted an email it didnt remove it from my exchange server. with the SIII if i delete an email it Deletes it from my exchange server. Is there a way to set the SIII not to delete emails from exchange that have been removed from the device?

Android Exchange support isn't that great imo, I'm sure what you want to do can be done. But i don't have corporate mail on any of my droids. Look into TouchDown to be honest. -
