So I send a customer of ours the web address to our business and then I click it to look myself as I always do. Som bitch didn't come up. I linked it and searched it every wY I could, but it still wouldn't come up. So this morning we call the web host and ask "wtf"? Long story short they told us to call godaddy where we purchased our domain name. They informed us that it was purchased by someone in Japan. "WTF? WHY"? Apparently you can only own a domain name for 10 years. Ok, I can understand that, but why in the he'll didn't you give us a curtacy call and have us re up. They said they e mailed us. "bull shit". We never got any such e-mail. So I ask what someone in Japan would want my company's domain name. I mean, it's not in japaneese or anything. Their answer was, "so they could sell it back to you". WTF!!!!!! "you have got to be shitting me. 300 dollars later and 72 hours, it will be ours again..........
