  • T-Mobile reps?

    I recall someone on this board being a T-Mobile rep; I don't remember who. Anyway, I need some help/direction, I ordered a GS3 2 weeks ago Wednesday and was scheduled for delivery through UPS on July 2nd. UPS Tracking showed it to be at the Mesquite distribution center that day and it went out for delivery. Somehow, it was stopped and tracking shows an "exception" has been made; I called UPS and they couldn't tell me anything that the Tracker couldn't tell me...

    Fast forward: I had to call T-Mobile CS so that they can file a claim against UPS so they (UPS) can track down the package. The problem is that the person at the call center seemed incompetent (foreign call center...) and she had trouble understanding what I was asking for. I wanted to know whether or not I can check the status on the claim or if it was filed at all. Or better yet, if there is another option I can take to getting a replacement phone from a local store.

    You'll have to call customer care, nothing a retail store rep can do with that. They would be the only ones to get you a tracking number. You could call and try to cancel the order and get one from a store. Worth a shot.
