If all your music is saved to your pc, uplaod it to google music.

Yeah it's all on my PC in the iTunes folder. How much space does google music give you? Wouldn't streaming it then go against my monthly data cap? I only have about 10 gigs of music.

Limited to 20k songs and streaming does count against your allocation. You could snag a 32Gig MSD and xfer it to that.

The perk of Gmusic is being able to play you music from any web enabled device.

I was able to drag and drop from iTunes onto my phone for both movies and music with no problems.

There is a program and matching apparently called doubletwist that uses iTunes libraries to sync w android. I used it for a while but wasn't in love with it.

I used Itunes on my computer to convert my music to mp3 so that I can just drag and drop from my computer to the phone.

Sweet. I had my iTunes set up from the beginning to import as MP3 instead of AAC. So just dragging and dropping works? didn't know if it would throw any errors because of the iTunes store account or anything regarding the song licenses.

I personally don't like using my Android phone for a music player. It seems like the volume is always a lot lower than it is on my ipod.

Have you checked the settings? Under Sound I have a setting for Phone, Notification, Media and System. Maybe it is just truned down a lot more than the others?

Generally, when the music is playing you can adjust the "Media Volume" separate from phone and ring tone volume...etc

I have come to realize that this phone is a very lackluster music player compared to the iPhone. I kind of expected that, but it's still a little disappointing.
