I believe you have to call for the upgrades. Mine was processed in about 20 minutes.

On the phone with them - they want an extra $20 a mo for me to go to 50/35. I said nvm.

I changed mine for $10 dollars extra a month. But I cancelled a DVR box for one of the rooms which offset the cost.
