Tablet with real gps?

I am looking for a tablet with real gps and not cellular or wifi assisted gps. Any suggestions?

Do you have a preference on operating system?

My Asus Transormer has a real GPS in it. Seems to be pretty accurate compared to my old handheld.

No I don't. I would prefer an iPad just because the wife wants one but it does not have to be an apple product. From what I am reading I don't think any of the apple stuff has a dedicated gps chip.
