    IE keeps freezing up

    Recently, as in just this week, IE is bunk. Keeps locking up, then recovering the tabs (but not the work I'd done).

    IE is required for a particular site (for work) I use, so firefox/mozilla/chrome are out.

    What's the *BEST* fix for this?

    I've done cc cleaner, AVG scans, etc. It's acting like it has a virus, but the scans I've done are saying negative, ghost rider.

    When in doubt, reinstall.

      Sounds like an add on is hanging up. Try this, if it works fine, disable them one at a time till you find the offender.
