Need a Verizon android phone suggestion

I've had an iPhone 4 for the last two years with AT&T, and my contract is up on July 4th. Work is getting me a cell phone when my contract is up and they are on Verizon, so I need to know the best Verizon phone I can get, and I want an android. Will the Samsung Galaxy 3 be released by then, do you think?

Just checked out their line-up (I'm a VZW customer too).

The Bionic is still a good phone, and is what I currently own. HOwever, it's right on the verge of being way behind the times.

I'd avoid the Razor models due to no removable batteries. (At least that's the way it was)

Nexus and Droid 4 are the ones I'd check out right now if I were buying.
