I'm intrigued. Call of Duty does a lot of things right and it'll be interesting to see how they use "future" tech.

The graphics didn't look very impressive in the demo, hopefully they'll clean them up. One thing BF3 owned MW3 was the audio. Switching back and forth from the games, there's a noticeable difference in how much better bf3 sounded.

I may try it out...I didn't care for CoD: Black Ops. I guess I had my share of war style games that was based on past wars so when Black Ops came out, it was a let down for me.(didn't realize it before buying it)

I never played Halo either...too future-istic for me. I guess I like the more modern, up-to-date stuff that the chances of it happening are more plausible.

I just like to get online and kill people...I mean, where else can you do that and not go to prison for it?

why cant sony and/or these game developers prevent the hacking that goes on in these games after awhile??

I still play MW2, but with the all the hacks that people have it is no fun anymore. Unless I can get the same hacks to put me back on a level playing field the game is no longer enjoyable.

Black Ops 1 blew after the first week and MW3 seemed a bit rushed like they were just capitalizing on the COD craze.

I hate that it is almost impossible to hear foot steps in BF3

X2. I'll probably get it if the story is solid enough. It's about time it was in the future.

ITs just like when when people buy the sports games year after year. That to me seems to be the bigest wast of money. They come out with a new one every year. Any sport. Dumb.

So are you saying that you can hear foot steps in a Real fire fight? I don't know about you but I can't hear shit when I fire my ar15. I thought that was the big deal with BF3's audio was how realistic it sounds.

Also I saw stuff from what looked like Command & Conquer, GRAW Future Soldier and MGS in that preview. way to think up your own "future"

I didn't say in a firefight. I'm talking when you're laying on a cliff sniping and some dude runs up behind you and knifes you...

The sniping is awesome. You actually have to put skill into it. Lead target, bullet drop, etc. Quick-scoping no work.

I'm glad there is no quick-scoping and I don't have an issue with the bullet drop and such, I'm currently playing Sniper Elite V2, I just don't like how easy it is for people to find you. I understand it needs to be balanced but I shouldn't have to have a huge flood light coming from my scope when I snipe. You should have to go thru the trouble of finding the sniper.

Scope is a pain, but a few maps from Bad Company 2 can show you how much of a pain it is when there isn't any scope glint.
