I'm doing a pseudo field test based on a lengthy dialogue with their regional network supervisor. They reaimed a bunch of antennae for LTE coverage, but that in turn degraded hspa. Thus far, I haven't experienced any of the issues I was experiencing, plus I get 5gigs before being throttled now.
