I'm working on porting stuff over from AOSP. It works for the t-mobile variant, too...kinda.

I had to root using the superuser file and odin. I did this at work, so downloading and fucking with it is what pissed me off. The rom I used was stock oem though, so I sorta was wishing I wouldn't have to spend so much time on it.

yeah, I did mine the same way, but I guess I'm just used to download mode and odin from my other phone.

It's not hard to mess with stuff, just flashing zips in cwm for the most pat. All the stuff I've been working on is just push to system/app, just trying to get more AOSP parts of the build working.
