      Can you only drag race, drift, and do some of the other races when online? I can't find them anywhere or a setting for the race

            oh opps, i didn't read it right. what I do is I usually go to leaderboards nd thats where I do most of my drag races. Then you can race other people ghosts cars

            edit, you can choose the drift races to from there.

              What kind of controllers are you "fast guys" using? Tricked out full on wheel and pedals, or the standard issue xbox controller?

                  I don't think of myself as one of the fast guys, but I use a stock XBOX controller.

                  One of these days I'll get a wheel, pedals, and shifter. I want to make a setup with a racing bucket seat and have all the rest mounted permanently.

                    Well that makes me feel better. I'd love to setup wheel/pedals etc. Just don't have the space... :/ Ala the pic below..

                      I think they found most people post faster times with the controller than wheel and pedals. Kinda weird.

                          i use a stock xbox controller too. I used to have a nicer wheel/pedal/stand setup, and i didnt have a problem at all racing without driving aids on.

                          I would LOVE to have a full on carseat setup like posted above. Talk about feeling natural...

                            I had a buddy in Indy who made one out of PVC and a junked out Mustang seat. Looked cheesy but was very functional.

                              i'm one of the slow ones, so it doesnt matter what I use lol. I think I would be alittle faster with a nicer setup. I use almsot all assist and automatic. lol
