According to this story you wont be throttled now unless you exceed 3gb or 5gb on LTE. So does that mean that now that there are solid numbers unlimited = 3gb/5gb? If it does then its not unlimited and shouldnt those of us that are grandfathered be released from our contracts since the terms have been changed?

Didnt see anything posted yet on it.... but I got the text message last month saying I was in the top 5% of users and that if this month it continued, they would be throttling my data. To me it sounds like a bunch of of crap and aggravates me that my unlimited plan is useless now. I don't use my iPhone to tether or anything yet

I smell a lawsuit in the works. By limiting full speed usage to 3GB (5GB for LTE), that negates the "unlimited" moniker of the grandfathered data plans.كافر
