If your handy with electronics, you can replace it yourself. As far as getting it fixed by someone, might be cheaper to just buy a new controller. Considering the fact if you have to ship it, and pay for the service, etc. If you can find someone locally (good luck) I imagine you'll have to pay for gas + replacement parts so I would just buck up and buy a new one.
I could do it myself. I just don't feel like messing with it. And its one for my kids so I don't feel like buying them a new one that they'll " throw,step and drop"
Just buying the replacement stick would cost you as much as a used controller and getting someone to do it would probably be the same as buying a new one.
