Is this a good deal and a nice notebook?

I haven't kept up with notebooks/laptops, but this looks like a pretty nice notebook at a fairly decent price. What do y'all think?

For basic use that laptop is fine, but its downside is the weak quad core from AMD. Other than that, its a fair deal for everything else.
