I have used Google for some time now with a pretty high success rate (there are both terrible quality but there is also some that are pretty damn good)

Lets say you wanna watch the showtime show 'Shameless', go to Google search and type the following

intitle:"index.of" (avi|mp4) shameless

this will pull up all the Shameless shows that are in avi or mp4 format (you can search any video format just separate by using the '|'. This also works with music, docs, etc..

intitle:"index.of" (mp3) black.sunshine

there is a video somewhere, I am just too lazy to find it....
