Is there a way to attack specific people, by user name or id?
Have some douchebag that goes by ukbr that is weaker than I am, but raids constantly with a 50/50 win percentage but takes out a lot of alliance attack/defense.

Not that I have found. It would be sweet until wars actually started overtaking the servers.

I would imagine he has a lot of units that are "strong against (ground, air, sea, or infantry)".

I have won a large majority of my raids against stronger opponents because of the type of units I get.

To my knowledge there isn't a way to do it "in game". However, I've sure seen some weird stuff that wreaks of some kind of PC based console that pulls user id's/UID and allows attacking by them. A couple of years back there was a game very similar to this one, iMafia (IIRC), written by Playmesh. It was literally over run and ultimately quit business because of the hacks. For all I know this one, by Funzio, is the same company/guys, just rebranded and hopefully more educated. ie Fewer security issues and some data encryption.

I was getting mad for a bit cuz my attack/defense wasn't really climbing when I was buying units left and right. Then I figured out that I needed more alliance members. Shiiiit, now I'm about break into the 14k for attack and 17k for defense..hahaha. Level 51 too.

Free fo life!!!!!..lol I normally stay on a level for good while, then I'll start leveling up.

I keep getting attacked by this one person and I'll win $10k-14k. However, when I go to attack them for more money I'll lose $6-8k. This will happen with all of my money in the vault. We have done this for 6 rounds so far and I can't figure out how.

Another odd occurrence is when I'll raid someone's money buildings. They'll have the red bar above it, but it will say that there is nothing left to raid. I'll lose some units but not any stamina. These enemies will have 1/3 of my attack or defense, but will also always win in an attack. I'll go look at their inventory and they won't have any reason to win.
