  • Need to organize...best tablet/notepad?

I'm totally a noob in the tablet market. My wife is just getting really overwhelmed in keeping up with her organizer, calendar and address book. I'd like to get her a tablet to replace all that.

What do y'all have for recommendations and what do I need to look for?

If money is not an issue, I would say an iPad. If her current phone can share internet connection, then you'll only need the WiFi model and tether off of that. That's what I do with my iPad.

Also, you might consider just getting the first generation iPad. If she's not a huge tech freak, then the 1st gen will suffice.

    Just a thought.

App-wise, I'd say iPad. They're going to have an app for just about anything.

          Thanks.

She has a Samsung Rugby 'cause she's not gentle at all with the phone. WiFi only sounds just like the ticket she needs and a gen 1 right up the alley (low cost since it'll see abuse). Can the pad connect to a WiFi printer?
