And if the object of a game is not to win or beat it, then what does one do?
To me the "object" of a game is the "end game". If I can't continue to stay interested in a game after I've beaten it there is no point, to me, to spend my time and money with it. It's about the game offering more than just a main storyline or objective. Like Wow/DAoC etc. you don't quit at lvl 50. At 50 the game "starts". Or like GTA etc. one will spend hours in it's open world even after the game has been "beaten".

You can not imagine how difficult it is to hold a half gallon of moo juice and polish the one-eyed gopher when your doin' seventy-five in an eighteen-wheeler.
And how are the old? They play on the same systems as skyrim?
Check your sarcasim meter guy....but yes they are all about a 1yr old if you want to get technical. Not that there is anything wrong with them being old...
I also can see the purpose for the three different spellings of their, they're and there. However seeing as we are not talking about a person the possessive sense has no effect other than spelling. A video game can possess a 1yr worth of shelf life hence my argument that it does not matter in our thread.

I am a horder on this game and I keep all kinds of crap I will never use or sell. I recently consolidated everything from different houses to one house in Riften. I had to make a few trips even with a ring that adds +1875 carry weight, I had 47lbs of jewels alone! Every unique weapon and armor you get I still have and any special item you find or are given I keep.
I have recently started collecting wine bottles and I am trying to fill up the bedroom with them, last time I made a drop off I had over 200 in my inventory!
Do you guys collect anything on this game or is it just me?

Damn, man. Sorry to hear that. If it'll cheer you up, Geor swallows. And even if it doesn't cheer you up, it cheers him up.
got skyrim running in eyefinity, performance isn't that great on one gpu though.
and I can't get it to run in eyefinity on three gpu's either.
running windowed on one gpu (6970), no accelleration/dll mods.
i need to install surround hud and install tesval to see if I can improve performance on one gpu. resolution is 3900x1600.
I thought the story of Fallout 3 was pretty weak. Find dad. Make water. I did finish the main quest for Skyrim last night and I'll admit...oblivions main storyline was better. Still have all kinds of sidequests I havent completed though and I have about 80hrs in the game.

My first character was a one-handed sword/shield and light armor guy. He's lvl 15. I started a second character that's a two-handed sword and heavy armor guy and I'll be damned if I'm not having an easier time with the second character. Also, I just realized yesterday that the game set my default difficulty setting to "Master," which is the highest. Is that how everyone's was set? I'm not going to change it until I have trouble staying alive, but I was just curious.
