FORZA 4 (help needed)

Stuck on level 24 in career. Im on race 16 of 19 at Laguna Seca, but it says i have no qualifying cars in my garage and either need to buy a car or level up to enter this race. I cannot get past this screen to see what cars are required in this race. Anyone point me the right direction or tell me what specs are on this race? Thanks

just pick a slow car and quit?

If you back out and change your car, when you go back in it will have races to suit that car. It is kinda weird in that way.
