Does that seem like a legit retailer to buy from?

I would just Google online reviews. When I was looking for mine last year anywhere that was more than 10% cheaper than the big guys (Best Buy, Circuit City (at the time), Fry's, etc.) had HORRIBLE reviews. FWIW most of the scams seemed to have physical addresses in New England (mainly NJ).

I would say dont buy from there....an appliance company selling electronics???

enough to make me look elsewhere.

if you are dead set on buying that particular model, just be patient. keep looking couple times a week online and you will find a better deal from a more well known retailer and at a better price.

the tv i have now I kept looking for 3-4 months before making the purchase at fry's.

You're not going to find better customer service than new egg....and its cheaper.

Either way, they don't have a resellerratings.com rating. So most likely newer (not for sure though, I would not buy from there.

Either way, it's extremely null when you can get it cheaper from newegg. I'd pay slightly more to buy it from newegg.
