Are there any that are better than Sony ? I'm by no means a serious gamer but I find myself playing more lately . I'm on my 4th controller in 2 years and I dont bounce them off the wall . I don't mind dropping some coin if they are good , I just didn't know if any were better than the OE ones.

Odd. I've been using the same controllers since the PS3 came out.... And while I don't play much anymore, I used to play almost every night for a few hours at a time.

I'm almost worried that the charging tower I bought is what's killing them . It's one that you can plug in 4 controllers into, I think it's mad catz or something .

I'm only on my second one in about 5 years - my first controller lost the ability to win, so it had to pay the price.

Greatness ! I slam mine straight down, but the carpet and pad is soft enough to body slam a baby without waking it up .

I always charge off of my laptop or the PS3.

Yep, still on my controllers from the first Gen ps3.

I keep mine on a charging base and they do fine. It's one with a red/green light to tell you when it's full though, and I don't keep them on there after the light turns green.
