Not exactly fancy or anything, but take a momentary switch and put it some where comfy under the controller. But soldier a wire to the bottom part of your first player light on the board to your momentary. Soldier another to the other side of your momentary to your right trigger or both your left and right trigger. It will drain your battery like crazy when you use it, but so do others.
There are some controllers that have a "Quick scope" "drop shot" mod. But they sell from 80 bucks to 260 and up... Depends how fancy you want it, but there is all kinds of stuff out there you can buy or do yourself.
Quick-scoping doesn't work nearly the same on a PC.
