Hello, my name is Joseph Sanchez and im 18 years old from Houston Texas. Ive been playing a popular xbox 360 console series for roughly 6 years now, Gears of War 1,2,3, competitively but i find it extremely hard to have any LAN events in the Great state of Texas aside from the all popular MLG Dallas Event that happens once a year. There have been many big LAN Tournaments in New Jersey and Phoenix for Teams of 4 to compete for a Grand prize in 4v4 Tournaments. I would love to bring that to texas. The Gears of war community is thriving and since the release of gears 3 the team lists and old name players are surfacing. I would love to help organize and play in a tournament at your facilities as well as insure you it will be profitable and beneficial to your company. There is a website called Gownation.net for nothing but Gears 3 community. They organize online tournament, live stream events, commentary over live competitive gameplay and more. If you agree to make an event for cash prize worth some of the more distant players such as NJ or NY to want to come and compete for it i guarantee it will be an amazing turn out with amazing results. PLEASE contact me with more information. i want nothing more than for this to become a reality, and as i said i would love to help organize it. The community already has a great set of rules and regulations that i would love to be withheld and that arent far from default so organization would be a breeze. LOL It just sounds wrong. I play with my old team and we use the party option so I never hear the new lingo I guess. Just a bunch of old guys and no BS. I will say Gears has brought out old members we havent seen in a year or so since GOW2 was kinda weak.Whos your Daddy?
