Ok. My apt I stay at has wifi. My building is next to the building with the wifi connection. Is there a way to make the signal stronger and have it reach further in the apt.

O yeah. Its free wifi. No passwoed required. Looking at buying either a desktop or lap top at the moment.

Even connecting to an open WIFI that doesn't belong to you and that you don't have permission from the owner to access is still a felony.
