Opinions on this board and CPU/GPU combo processor

I was thinking of combo'ing the following coupled with 4-8gb if ram. This will be start to my all in one HTPC unit for the media room:

Sounds good but I can't justify more than 4gigs of ram for a htpc or 2 for that matter.

even when the gpu in the cpu/gpu combo processor runs off the on board ram? I was under the impression it taxed the ram for the over all system by doing so?

Yeah, you're not going to be rendering or converting. 4gigs should be pretty well future proof.

I forgot to mention we use Photoshop CS3 on occasion. Would 4 gigs be enough or would I be safe to just spend the extra $20 and go with the 8gb?

It wouldn't hurt to have the 8gigs but I don't think it's necessary. Someone else who uses CS3 can chime in.

What would you recommend power supply wattage wise if I will be running the following:

LG Blu Ray drive
60gb SSD(for OS)
2-500gb sata drives
and 2 1tb sata drives
2 case cooling fans
1 cpu/gpu upgraded cooling fan
