I have, I've run virus/malware scans in safemode too. Done everything I know to do. Waiting on Tx Redneck to deliver the goods

It's a long shot, but just throwing it out there. Any sticky keys on the keyboard? ctrl+T opens tabs

Open firefox in safe mode, reset it.

Use Firefox Troubleshoot Mode (known as Safe Mode in previous versions of Firefox) to diagnose and fix problems. Learn more.

Just ran Malaware after running IObit Malware fighter earlier and it found a trojan and removed it. Seems to have remedied my issue. Thanks for the tips!!

Are you having any redirect issues? Post the logs from the scanners you used.

Taylor, I'd be very wary of using that pc for ANY purpose that involves sensitive info. You had a backdoor opened and while mbam *removed it, you cannot be 100% certain that you're no longer compromised.

2k2, it's their knockoff of mbam that they rebranded after being caught stealing the intellectual property of Malwarebytes.
