help needed with desktop

Ok, I have a cutom built desktop, and when I got back from deployment I tried setting it up, but it wouldn't power on. Well I have that fixed now (cable from power button came unplugged) and I set it up with the same monitor that it was hooked up to before.

Well now it wont show up on the monitor. I've tried using DVI and VGA and the monitor said no signal. I hooked it up to my TV via VGA and HDMI and nothing.

Am I missing something? I've tried every monitor port on the pc and nothing works.

Reseat all your cables and connectors inside the box, also

The computer powers up and I double checked all the wires.

Try a spare/borrowed graphics card, since you've already tried out displays.
