I have a background check in the form of a Word file(*.doc) and the requestor(work related) wants me to submit it to them via email. Since this has a lot of personal information involved I am hesitant to just send it normally. I've already postponed them for a week over what I see as a personal security risk.
In regards to identity theft, is there any way to make it more secure when I email it?
