Black Ops Escalation

My son bought the escalation for 14.99, then my other son deleted the profile.
Now they created a new profile but cant find the escalation he bought, how do they find it?

contact steam support.

you can't delete dlc from steam. assuming this is for pc.

Have to login using the email it was bought from I believe. You can then go to your account info and search what you have downloaded/purchased.
