Any idea if the Xtreme Gear laptops are decent as far as hardware goes? I'm not familiar with that brand but see they have some great prices on some different builds.

Good to hear, I'll check them out. I'm still looking for a laptop to replace my desktop. I've looked at all the ASUS notebooks and I like ASUS but I hate that you can't go to their site and build one out. I've built out a Dell XPS notebook online but I'm leery because I've read nothing but bad things about their customer service support. There are a couple of HP notebooks I've built out online but for the same money I can get a little better system from Dell.

That's just the one I was looking at. I've yet to find anything that comes close to those specs for that price.
