Is the first Mass Effect available for ps3? Just went over to eBay and looked it up but only ME2 comes up.

Nope. Xbox 360 and PC only.

You have to play the first one first though, it's a trilogy. The first one is very much a part of the 2nd.

Very different game. ME2 is a lot more tight quarters than the first. I hope that they do a good job of mixing the two in the third.

Yeah I've noticed. I'm glad I did vanguard instead of soldier. It seems to be a good close quarter class.

There's something in the PSN that's like an interactive comic book that lets you make most of the major decisions that you have to make in ME1 and can transfer that over to ME2.

XBOX marketplace has a download that also lets you make the major decisions in the previous games. It came out a few weeks ago.

Just over a month away. Can't fucking wait! Gonna re-play through 1 and 2 before I get it so I can make sure that my character is exactly where I want it to be.
