Yeah I know, just excited that it's been confirmed. I've been missing Modern Warfare, Black Ops just wasn't quite the same.

I had a single indian tear leave my eye after that performance by Dirk and the Mavs. Fucking awesome. I'll definitely rent the new MW. I just can't seem to get into online gaming for some reason.

Ok, as far as Ive heared MW3 is out November 3rd? BF3 will announce there release date soon; they were waiting for MW to announce theres. I assume they will be out in Oct 2011. I cant wait! MW1 MW2 had such a badass story, and extremely high replay value due to online.

my opinion doesnt matter much since i only played each of the games a small amount

but i don't really like the games with the old guns/time frame(world at war/black ops). i fucking loved cod4 caused it used modern weapons, why would i wanna go back in time and use old shit??

that's just my opinion though...

I agree, I like the modern stuff way better. The only reason to go back would be for a change of scenery I guess. Plus it makes you appreciate the newer weapons even more.
