I'm betting his ego forced him to delete it. He deleted all kinds of posts in that thread that made him look like an asshat. But a guy came in, 30+ days layer and had some good advice. I was trying to find that post because I didn't get to read the whole thing.

I think the tractor tire thread should be deleted too but what the fuck do I know. I'm just some Dude that lost over 200 lbs in 2 years and gained 15 lbs of lean mass while staying in the 10% body fat range...and that shit is soo easy EVERYONE CAN DO IT!

Really? I have known ffcobra for nearly twenty years. One of the nicest most laid back guys ever. He has no ego, the guy used to weigh well over 300 lbs until very recently. He just took the right road and worked his ass off and got his diet down straight. Most of the "good" advice in this forum is a fucking joke. He comes in here to try to help out, like a lot of the other old school lifters and bodybuilders, only to have someone who just started lifting last week try to tell him how wrong they are. Lol.

X2 I never met FFcobra before but a man that lost 200lbs in two years has earn big respect from me. Not a lot of people can say that. Steve, Jeff, and Superwho - This thread has nothing to do with you. Go troll and start shit elsewhere. I didn't come in here to instigate anything, I'm not talking shit, I didn't disrespect his hard work motivation, or anything else. I was simply trying to reference back to a quote that I did not finish reading, before the OP deleted it. The post I am referring to is a piece of advice I could stand to take myself from time to time, which is why I came back to read it fully, because I got sidetracked the first time I saw it.

Stating a fact is not talking shit. The thread backfired on the OP, he was backpedaling like crazy and deleting posts left and right when the thread was still active. That's his right to do so, but what I said is true and valid. His ego got the best of him, he didn't like the way the thread portrayed him, so he deleted it to keep others from seeing his personality flaws. Some guy comes in over a month later, and has a GREAT outlook on life and gave a piece of advice that every person in this forum and on this board could stand to read/hear/practice. I was just trying to finish reading his whole post. Jesus Christ.
