Anyone doing it, on purpose? I started doing a 16/8 by only eating between 0730-1530. Even then I have lowered my calories too. Still working out 2 on 1 off.
Most of the guys here are doing a 16/8 too but on offset hours from me.
I am at 211 right now and hope to get down to 195 by mid December.
