My work out is geared souly towards fat loss right now. I will work on the muscle building later down the road.

I started back in the gym roughly a month ago after years off (shame on me). I was doing a chest/tri/shoulder....back/bi/forearms/abs......legs with a day of cardio then start over. 7 days a week 1 to 1.25 hours in the gym during my lunch. Since I work nights and the gym is just around the corner and showers in my office it worked out well. I did the split routine for about 2-3 weeks just to get my muscles back to being used to the motions.

Right now I do a workout pulled straight out of the Mens Health Big Book of Exercises. I am finishing up week one right now going into week two. It alternates a 6 exercise routine one night then 45 minutes of cardio the next and a different 6 exercises the following night followed by another night of cardio then back to the original routine followed by cardio again. That is one week. Since I don't feel the exhaustion from the 6 exercises each weight night I add in some more to keep me in the gym another 15-20 minutes longer.

So far so good. My face is shedding fat real fast. The rest will follow.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

Today I ran two and a quarter miles, then did the stairmill, did a chest/tri workout that took about an hour and half, then went back and ran another mile and a half.

Most of my training right now is on the bike, just trying to push myself further. I don't do as much gym work as I would like but, I do get in there whenever I get a chance.

Mon- Ride from a quick 15 miles. Trying to push max. Then Yoga after that.
Tues- Group ride or Weights at the gym. Depends on weather.
Wed- Crit Race in Irving followed by Yoga.
        Thur- Usually weights at Gym.
        Fri- Off day.
Sat- 60-100 mile ride or Crit race.
        Sun- Recovery Ride & Yoga.

Sometimes I through a mountain bike ride in there to change things up a little bit.
