So should the HCG be used periodically in the higher dosage or consistently, say twice a week 250iu, for perpetuity? Is one better than the other?

I have seen the protocall of people injecting the twice a week Test along with the HCG, for a single injection each time. The fill the test first and then the HCG into a single syringe, then inject. Thoughts on this?1965 Ford Falcon Pro-Touring Project

Any recommendation on docs in the DFW area (preferably Tarrant County)? I did the testing a couple years ago, and was low. My PCP put me on a gel but my insurance would not cover it without additional details from my PCP, and he essentially refused to talk to them. Out of pocket was going to be too much to maintain, budget-wise.
I do not recall actual numbers but remember that he was very skeptical when I asked to be tested, and said something to the effect of only about 5% of those that request him to test are actually low. When my numbers came back he immediately wrote a script (andro-gel I think). The gel did help with a number of the symptoms (most of the typical ones). I was feeling good, but again, the cost was just more than was in the budget.
I guess what I really need is a PCP or specialist that is willing to actually talk to my insurance provider, and to understand that I am not just looking for a "little blue pill"..

I started in January. Was tested at 286ng/dl and free was about 4. Tested thyroid and all the regular stuff and it all came back okay. I started 250 mg a week split into Mon/Thurs shots at .5ml a shot. I did that for 4 months and was retested. It came back 251 ng/dl. I was shocked. Bumped to 325mg per week and added HCG 250 iu twice a week. The only thing I've gotten out of it is acne on my shoulders. I am retesting Monday and should have results by the end of the week. I can't say with any certainty that I have felt any better or had more energy. I never had problems with the willy. It may help some people and I may have to be on it longer to see any real benefit. I guess we'll see.

^ Something seems off, at .5ml per shot and twice a week I would think you would have hit at least 500 if not even higher. At .5ml per week my numbers bumped up close to 800. I know everyone is different but that seems like a high dose and still low results. Hope you are able to get it figured out.1965 Ford Falcon Pro-Touring Project
