Anyone have any recommendations for Soy/Rice/Hemp or other non dairy, non egg based protein.
I'm going to try avoiding dairy and eggs for health reasons, and would like to keep taking protein as a meal replacement and post workout option.
I know real food would work as well, but I'm reducing my meat based proteins as well.
