      I hit a new personal goal last night myself, I was all about flat bench until I hurt my shoulder now flat dumbbell press is all I'll do. I got up 150's last night six times. I could have done a couple more but I couldn't hold my wrist straight.

      But great job brother, It's easy to just eat, eat and eat but once you start to cut it's a whole new ball game.

        with the reduction in calories for my diet.. im very glad my strength is finaly starting to come back up.
        You have retard strength, but probaby because with a statement like "I know its not exactly crazy weight..." it just means you are retarded.

        I was happy with 95s for sets of 6.......

          lol i noticed you didnt bold my 120's for 8

          i admit.. my perception of weight is warped.. i had a buddy ( i know he was a juicer but was cool as shit), who would Raw bench 600.. un rack it.. push it around a few times.. rack it. and stand up like he had just warmed up with 125 lol.. he would rep 225x12 for sETS of reverse grip curls.


          ironically he died of a heart attack at 3xish lol.. but he was insane on the juice.. im just glad i can move a little weight and be 100% clean and natural.

            I can reverse 225 for 3 sets of 8, 275 for 5-6, or 315x2.
