ease yourself back into the stuff you've been abstaining from. make something healthy, but include some of the flavors you're craving
You operate like that for a good while, and it starts to become habit. And after eating decent food like that, your body will quit craving junk so much. And when you DO eat it, you'll feel like shit! LOL
congrats on the 20lbs, you've gotta feel better! stick with it (it being healthier eating, not your whole 30 deal) and you'll feel even better.
