just to bump the thread up..
I'm pretty exicted from yesterdays chest workout, I went from benching 145x8 when I first started at the end of august to benching 235x8 yesterday. I think I could have put up a little more, but I didn't want to kill myself before I finished the whole workout. I also put up 115sx6 on dumbell bench too! Thats a big improvement from lifting 65s When I first started. The only thing I'm beginning to worry about now is breaking my tiny ass wrist while working out. I also hit my 180lb mark this week too.
