As far as my results, I'm fluctuating between 208 and 212lbs depending on the day. Luckily for me the holiday season is coming up and I'm not really big on holiday food unless my family makes brisket or fried turkey. Plus it's cooler outside so I'm more likely to go run more. Right now I try and run once or twice a week. I usually do about 3 miles each time. Really right now, I'm just trying to debate whether I want to go on a strict diet and see results faster, or not, and see results over time. I went from 240 in January to what I am now, so not bad for a year considering I've put moderate effort at best into it.
